Since we're speaking specifically about cannabis culture "stoner" is the appropriate expression, and yes a stoner is a cannabis addict. Please explain what's so funny?

it has one ending. cannabis rocks. 420 aint got nothin to do with Hitler, where do ppl get their infos from ? I did not join anybody on my first runthrough (it was in russian). Now I'm playing it proper with the latest patch attached and I can't say that it got any better. well, it's still more polished than SOC and the weapons go in the right direction but you still have to pump 2 magazines into the chest of an military soldier on Veteran. yeah, I know, go for headshots (which still don't give you instakill) but this still bothers me. same with grenades.

Well, I start to play it now at last after finishing Penumbra, but mothra are you saying that weapons have about the same damage as in SoC even with upgrades? AFAIK, devs reduced their basic power so that they wouldn't become too overpowered after upgrades.

hmm, i have some upgrades but mostly recoil and clipsize. well, like i said, it's in the right direction but for a not so fast-paced shooter it's still a lota damage some can take. and somehow grenades do magically less damage to enemies than to me. at least that's the impression I got.
the most important thing is, I don't feel cheated when I play CS, it's an expansion, smaller in the scope of the first game and in that retrospect they did make a similar and smaller recreation of the old game, only with the somehow still a little buggy faction war thrown in. sometimes I get many missions, sometimes I succeed in 5, then fail in 4 without even knowing they were there...
did anyone get to really take a faction to dominate a whole map ?

The same thing only to a lesser degree was with "automatic quests" in SoC (those you get automatically when enter a map), I almost never bothered to accomplish them pretending they don't exist :)
