Does anyone know what engine if any that DeusEx2 will be using?

Originally based of the Unreal Engine, the engine has been nearly completely rewritten. The renderer, the physics, the sound (which now is sorta intgrated with the physics), even the file formats have been rewritten ... the editor remains mostly untouched, presumably.
Deus Ex 2 is rumoured to run (on low details), at 30 FPS, with a half-reasonable P3 and a Geforce 3ti, but personally I wouldn't bet on it.
If it comes out when it is reputed to, it should be the first game this year to feature heavy use of bump-mapping and dynamic lighting, not to mention brilliant physics, and a sound engine that calculates the correct sound on the fly, insted of using completely pre-canned ones.
