I tryed to armor my unicorn, and it said I have to legally own the last horse I
rode, on any idea how to legaly own a horse?
Well what I think, is that you have to buy it, or some one has to award you the horse like the horse you get in the Drak Brother Hood.
Oh ya 1 more quesiton can you put armor on shadowmer the horse you get from the Dark Brother Hood?

Im going to kill my unicorn I need it for a quest

Yes you can get shadowmere an armor. The first one is free, talk to the orc woman in the imperial city stables.
If you have no money then go stealing like a madman but do not get caught or seen, gold coins however are not taken away if you get arrested if I recall right.

Yes I know how to get my horse armor,I had on my last horse and I have to pay 500 it's no problum im really really rich but that's not the quesiton.

Buy it from a horse merchant. As Martin said, your first horse is a gift from the Blades, obtainable by talking to Snak gra-Bura at the Chestnut Handy Stables in the Imperial City, if you have the Horse Armour plugin, or the paint horse at Weynon Priory if you don't.
Just jumping on a horse/unicorn is horse rustling, so you can't armour stolen ones up.
