Actually I abandoned my project for some time, I don't know whether I'll be able to continue.. I got one major problem, not with T3ed, but with 3dsmax - I can't force it to "texture paint" my static mesh. Since my second FM is set mainly outside, I need smooth transition between e.g. "road" and "grass" texture (typical landscape painting used in other Unreal engines).
Did you check these tutorials on vertex blending?

I don't think Flesh supports vertex blending, or at least I haven't been able to coax the engine into doing it. You could maybe fake it by using multiple variations of the textures and some clever modelling, though.
