I'll tune in here to see your verdict by the end, curious.
Yeah, Blood Meridian is one of those books you want to shout from the rooftop for people to read.

Yeah Blood Meridian is one I want to read again. Very good and really too much for just one read through.
Just finished All the Pretty Horses which is definitely tamer than Meridian but an excellent book. Great story, great style, and some great themes in a fantastic setting. On to Child of God now.

I'm currently looking at
Infinite Jest sitting on my shelf. It's quite big.
I've just started
Girl With Curious Hair, a collection of short stories. I have a feeling I'm going take a stab at all DFW's books beSIDES
Infinite Jest and if I'm still interested then take the plunge.

Currently wading through Ed Brubacker's run of Daredevil. Very very good stuff although I miss Bendis' slicker writing.
And my Accountancy books.
Yeeeha.

Wow McCarthy's Child of God is edgy. I like it, but it makes Blood Meridian look tame, even though CoG is not nearly as violent. And I'm only about 50 pages in.
