Just throwing ideas around. I'm not saying I wouldn't use crows, but if I were to make a character that steals a lot, I'd consider a magpie for sure. Although they are not culturally as ubiquitous, they are also extremely intelligent birds (as are all corvids, apparently). In fact, magpie is the only bird to have passed the mirror test and is considered to be the most intelligent non-human animal on the planet, rivalled only by some of the great apes.
Thanks for the info tidbits... maybe we'll make a magpie the doppelganger ;)

Wow, fast dev work there, already looks sorta fun, reminds me of one of the mini-games in TOTK with the horse around a track without spilling stuff.

That campaign was short and sweet! Just like ROYP I found it to be constantly surprising and delightful! :)

A lot of players asked why we gave up a legacy of premium narrative titles and a decade of customer goodwill to make a predatory free to play game. So as our CEO (Chief Exploitation Officer), I made a video to answer that.

We invite you to join us as we explore this new bold, exploitative, direction!

Great looking upgrades, Vurt! The door details on the 3rd and last screenshot look very 3-dimensional, I guess there must be some modifications on the mesh as well as texture? I really like the added details on the ornaments in the second picture too!
I haven't posted on these forums before, but over the years I've visited every now and then, being a fan of a bunch of Looking Glass games and immersive simulations. I thought I'd introduce a game I've been working on, with a couple of friends who made the music and dialogue editor.
It's called Gust of Wind, and it's a stealth game made in an old-school immersive simulation spirit, with minimal handholding with UI and an aim to maximize freedom in interactions. You play as the stealth expert of your crew, completing missions given by your captain, in small but freely explorable sandbox environments. While sneaking around in enemy bases and sail ships, guards can be knocked out by a choke hold or "doze grenades", and mechanics like rowboats, grappling hooks and other climbable elements can be used to access areas or just stay out of sight.
The game was released in Early Access a few months ago, but has since gotten a few layers of polish with updates. There's a free demo as well: (

No it's all in the texture.
Good luck with the game :) Looks kind of cool! Rather bold character design i would say.
