Super good. The boarded windows are a great touch. Why are they praying next to an empty bed? Also is that a night light up there?

The blue light is spooky shit.
They're praying next to the bed because all I've finished so far are their heads. Their bodies are still very much WIPs. Mostly, I did the above as a test to see how they look mixed in with the rest of the environments so far.
Right now, I think it's so-so. I need to add some more surface detail in there to really flesh them out, then throw some realistically textured clothing on top to complete the picture. Right now, they look alright in a 3 point lighting setup, but in a scene, they come across as a little too flat.

...I don't want to talk about how long it took me just to make those two heads. They're so simple, yet...not.

Looks very professional. Not a fan of the koala noses though.

Creating music that has that "puzzle" feel is so difficult. I create music in Sony ACID Music Studio, which mostly just has you dropping wav files and sound loops into place. With this style, I go usually open up the program and start playing loops until something connects with me. I then add and remove stuff as a tune goes on. When I was making music for Bipolar Game and Dragon's Castle it was easy as platformers can have pretty much any style of music you like, and they tend to fit fine.
With CrossTrix though, it's essentially a competitive crossword puzzle with elements of Attaxx in there. So it requires a very specific style of sound. My first attempt (which was the 1st new tune I've made in like 2 or 3 years) unintentionally ending up sounding like something out of System Shock 1 / Nine Inch Nails kinda:

Then took a few days away and tried again:

Second attempt I think was more appropriate, though towards the end I went a bit over the top with the drums I think. Will need to tone it back a little me thinks. Note that the second video show cases the gameplay from the game for the first time. My first experience recording gameplay.

Hammers are always a fun thing to make. They instill smite action.
