In the freezer
* (
http://www.peakspirits.com/caprock-organic-gin.php) Apple Gin. Sadly, despite the intriguing ingredient list, this just tastes like gin to me. I guess I just haven't drunk enough different varieties to know better.
In the fridge
* (
http://www.vermontspirits.com/pr_gold.html) Maple Syrup Vodka. This is the only vodka that I can stand drinking straight at anything less than freezer temperatures, though the Three Olives Green Apple flavor is wicked ice-cold if you need to get fucked up fast: I drank over half a fifth in a few hours one day, had a big glass of water before I went to bed, and woke up the next day ready to finish the job. The maple vodka, however, is great slightly chilled or even at room temperature. Here's a (
http://www.spiritsreview.com/reviews-vodka-vermont-gold.htm) review. I want to try their (
http://www.vermontspirits.com/pr_white.html) milk-sugar vodka next.
* Alaskan Brewing Company summer kolsch-style ale, Deschutes Twilight seasonal ale, and Odell's St. Lupulin extra pale ale. Three great light-bodied hot-weather beers.
On top of the fridge
* (
http://www.montanyadistillers.com/products.htm) Montanya Dark Rum. Good
God does this have a bouquet. I just got back from the liquor store with it and the first sniff practically knocked me out of my chair. Big, powerful rum with an almost roasted malty characteristic, but smooth as oil going down. Just delicious.
Oh, and nonfat milk, reverse-osmosis water, and Knudsen's Mandarin Lime spritzer, either by itself or as a mixer for the gin.

I've two bottles of Sticks Chardonnay for dinner at a friend's house tonight and since my return from NYC I've worked my way through half a bottle of 15 yo Macallan (my first bottle), delightful stuff.

Some self-made sea-buckthorn juice (in glass) and non-pasteurized milk (i.e. organic). Also some apple and orange juice left there along with some english kind of raspberry-apple concentrated juice. Few gift champagne bottles in there too along with another gift Sake from Japan. (to be given to a friend, forgot..) Plenty of Earl Gray and Rooibos teabags too.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and have one Cuarenta y Tres (43) liquor too.

After the two bottles of wine were polished off we got stuck into some russian brand vodka I'd never heard of and I had 3/4 of those with home-made lemonade and raspberry syrup while we watched Uncle Buck.
