How is twitter different than facebook status updates? This is the one thing I truly don't get. Also, even though they're my friends, nothing aggrevates me more than the "cooking tuna for lunch, then off to the beach for a few hours, shopping, work, a movie, then bed."
Is it just me or is it rather bizarre to assume people actually care? It's like: oh wow I'm going shopping and it's a saturday too! that's so ironic!!!

I need to be in bed soon but I think it's cool that I'm going fossil hunting tommorow with my grandson and Jeremy from the paleontology dept. of Ole Miss to see if we can find a complete muffin crab circa five million years ago when Mississippi was under water. It will likely be just the damn ubiquitous crinoids, bivalves, and nautilus.
Frankly I think Jeremy is just interested in getting in my daughters pants and I will have to bury him somewhere in the cenozoic period. Anyone interested in pics? I may be too tired from all that shoveling in the heat to post them anyway.
