So this is my current mission for House Telvanni:
Mallam Ryon in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith
Mora will ask you to visit Baladas Demnevanni in
Arvs-Drelen in Gnisis to ask him three questions about
Dwemner. It's not necessary to get answers, just
asking him is enough.
I traveled to Gnisis. I went to Arvs-Drelen, the old
watchtower on the NW side of town. Inside I found
a couple of rats, a couple of skeletons, and no
Baladas. There is a lock 65 trapped cell door. No
one's inside the cell. There was some loot in Arvs-Drelen,
including a Summoning Room Key, which I can't seem
to use for anything. Everyone in town says the old
wizard is in the tower. But I searched everywhere, and
noone's inside! What am I overlooking? Is there a different
Arvs-Drelen??? Argh!

Stay to the left and follow the winding path upward to a trapped/locked door, unlock it and then go in and he'll be in the room above that one.

Is this the winding path just outside of Arvs-Drelen? It must be...
I'll check it out when I get home. Thanks!

Nah, the way to Baladas Demnevanni is inside; check out your map if you get confused; there's a loop or two you might have missed an intersection at.

Why haven't you opened that locked door?
"It's" always behind the locked door in morrowind!
Oh and when you see the daedroth you'll know your in the right place - don't attack the daedroth it wont attack you!

I was having a blond moment and never saw the other locked
door. I always went inside Arvs-Drelen and cut through the middle
of the big circle instead of traveling around it to the locked door.
Mission completed!!! Sometimes I wonder if I'm smart enough
to even try to complete this game.... :o

LOL don't worry Loric i remember WAY back when i first visited Vivec as a n00b I couldn't work out how to go down a level using the outside ramps; when i walked outside i never looked to the side of me and the ramps were just out side of my vision preventing me from knowing they were there...
Lets keep that between the two of us. ;)
