That was basically what the guy who sold it told me. Hadn't noticed
it before, however, I didn't know about the leather purses for TDS either until they were given away during the creativity contest (along with Hitman belts, Deus Ex tool boxes and other stuff).

As long as it's an original work, devoid of any copyrighted imagery or wording, and doesn't borrow much intellectual property, and otherwise doesn't have any dead giveaways that you are claiming any property as your own to sell. That's to play it completely safe.
