You know what? That's a really damn good list!
But no way in FUCK is Civilization 4 superior to Alpha Centauri, except in AI. Also, Doom II is vastly superior to Doom, although id has since patched the features on Doom 2 into Doom 1, so I guess that's a moot point.

How the heck is System Shock not in that list? This is absolutely horrendous. How can people forget about the game that inspired so many others?
My number one game of all time is not in the top 100 list give me a break.
How is Unreal Tournament 2004 so high in the list? That game has none of the atmosphere or storyline that even the original Unreal has.
I'll agree that Deus Ex is in my personal top 5 favorite, but as #1? No way, System Shock is king.
