I just finished the last pilgrimage to the Ghostgate shrine, which tells me to leave a soul gem. Something went a bit buggy when I used the shrine, and I somehow managed to get a scroll stuck in a Grand soul gem (lookit that money!). Nothing major, just a bit odd :)
