I have Morrowind, and I have played it only yp to Balmora, and I already got totally OVERWHELMED by the size of the world. But whats wrong with the journal?? I see no prob with it... And what does it upgrade??

When you get further, and your journal has HUNDREDS of pages, it can be difficult to remember exactly how many quests you completed, and it's a pain going through it finding the relevant bits. I ended up writing quests down on a piece of paper and crossing them off as I completed them. I believe that Tribunal upgrades it so that you can filter active/completed quests. Well useful. I should be seeing for myself next week, when my copy turns up (quivers with anticipation)

I have around the 250 pages in my journal.
Very hard to find a specific journal entry, so I am very happy with the update in Tribunal.

Do u guys and girls always do 100 quests at the same time ? Well, then i dont need to wonder why you have to write something down. I only do one by one, this way i dont miss a bit and its like "sorry, i have something to do. please ask me later to kill the xxx"

I went looking for the Tribunal add-on today & found it for 37€
I don't know if the Christmas season will make the price go up or down.:erg:

MM: I usually do one faction's quests until they ask me to do something waaaaay the heck across the world (ie: Dagoth Fel, Sheogorad region, etc); then I go do another's, but keep that 1st one's in mind. When I have 3 or 4 in the same location, then I'll go tromping over and do 'em all.

This is similar to my own modus operandi; I try to be methodical, but not rigid. The travelling can be a pain, so doing quests by location, like Forsythe does, is a way of cutting down all that traipsing around.
