I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot about Tribunal in the next few weeks :)
Pity I have to wait till the end of the month to get it......(live in UK) Now can I resist the overwhelming temptation to spoiler myself silly? Probably not......:)

Whaat? $30 for an add-on pack? And im not just talking about Tribunal, MW4:Black Knight, MOHAA:Spearhead, Operation Flashpoint: Resistance. What happened to the days of $10-20 add ons?

They have been gone.

This must be why (
www.Morrowind.com) is down. I just tried loading the site at 12:30AM CDT, and It was Down, big time. They must be doing an upgrade to the site. Hopefuly they had it all prepared before they shut the site down, and their just adding/replacing html. I guess when I wake up tommorow there with be a new site waiting. Oh well 'til then!

Gah, now that figures... I've just gotten Arx and I'm halfway into it, so of course they release Tribunal...

tribunal isn't a stand alone!?
bah!
i miss morrowind, a friend of mine gave it to me for a couple of weeks and got addicted to it straight away.
was telling myself i should buy tribunal, but now i hear its only an add on, that sucks.
i don't think the colldectors edition of morrowind will be able tob e bought in stores in belgium :(?

The collectors edition isnt a combo pack, its the original game with some extras (music CD, art booklet, little figure)
The reasoning behind the high prices of the addon packs are that they contain shedloads of new stuff - Operation Flashpoint: resistance upgraded its engine, added loads of new missions, graphics, weapons, vehicles, music, locations, so it cost a fiver more than expansion packs used to. If Tribunal is as long as they say, it'll be as long as many complete games, so they just play that card to excuse it. Sure, it would be nice to have it at a lower price, but its not like its terrible value or anything at twenty.

You could just borrow your friend's Morrowind, install it and then update it with your own copy of Tribunal. You won't need the Morrowind cd after that. Not sure how legal this is, but everyone does it. But I bought Morrowind even though I had a downloaded copy originally - those people at Bethesda deserve to be paid for their wonderful game. (I always meant to buy it and have been waiting for it for years, but when it came out I was broke and then a friend turned up with a copy. Could I resist? Could I hell.)

I want to buy Tribunal. Not for the new content; my level 58 fighter still has a huge a mount to explore of the island.
But...fixed...journal...must...have.
I see that as a pretty damn sad reason to want a game, myself...
