I'm having a problem with sound. I have no idea what this message means, can someone tell me? If I run it in safe mode it doesn't give me the error.

When you first install it, does it work?
Other than reinstalling it every time, I don't have any other ideas, as this game was not tested on Windows XP, obviously because it came out prior to Windows XP.

No. It only works if I run it in Safe Mode with no sound. I have a K7S5A motherboard with integrated sound.

Usual tips ere, (try looking for faqs)
1)intergrated sound hmm..., try disabling sound hardware in game options in safemode.
2)update drivers...etc
3)reinstall game (back up saves first-a mistake i made and regret to this day)
4)buy new computer

ok i got xp i have had this prblam on windows 98 so go back to windows 98 and see if it works :thumb:
