Hi, im new "taffer" :D
I installed Thief 2 metal age, applied 1.18 patch, installed "The Thief Enhancement Pack" so i can get better graphics. And everything is ok, i can play smoothly.
Thing is shadows look somehow weird and pixelated.
Ingame screenshots:
#1 this is actual ingame screenshot (not modified)

Thank you for your response.
I am playing T2 on netbook with ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card.
And i was reading about DDFIX but it is too complicated for me to install.

I downloaded tafferpatcher, installed it including DDFIX and enhancement pack and some mission fixes like conversation and loot location fixes. First thing i noticed in menus is when i hover with mouse over buttons it makes button messy and unreadable. And when i try to play, game crashes.
So i uninstall everything and reinstall game using tafferpatcher but this time i didn't include DDFIX because it is obviously not working for me, only thing i included was enhancement pack and mission fixes. This time game worked just fine but shadows remained same as in first post.
:(
My system is lenovo x100e netbook, 1.6 mhz cpu single core, ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card and Windows XP SP3, 32 bit

you will have to install catalyst 9.4,the later ones do not work with ddfix..

So that is problem, i knew somewhere is, thank you for response. I'm not going to downgrade my graphics card driver, i'm just gonna play it the way it is now :( in 16 bit.
It is much harder to spot those little levers in dark this way and hidden things.
But this game seems to be too good to not to play.
