my game is exhibiting this weird problem where every time I move the mouse, the screen flashes for about half a second and then goes back to normal. I know this doesn't sound too bad, but when it happens EVERY DAMN TIME THE MOUSE MOVES, it tends to hamper situational awareness (and causes one HELL of a headache). Anybody else dealt with this? My PC is a 2 gig dell w/ Win XP.........and i believe my video card is a Geforce (ti4600? 6400? something like that). Any help at all is appreciated. (btw, i already got the patch, so i'm currently on v. 1.1)

Your drivers are not up to date. Run DXDiag (Start, Run, DXDiag, OK), find out your graphics card model, get the new drivers, uninstall DX2, delete the DX2 folder, remove your old drivers, install the new drivers, then reinstall DX2. I know its a pain, but that is what you have to do.
