I got myself a new computer and installed Deus Ex. The bug is that the dialogs get skipped kind of automaticly every now and then. It doesn't happen in radio messages but in all dialogs with other people, including the demo. What could it be?

Are the NPCs, cats, pigeons and yourself moving too fast as well? If that is the case, you can fix it by enabling the cheats

then change the game's running speed with
where X is whatever between 0.1 and 1. (My setting is .45, for example)

Oh sorry! I forgot this thread since I started one in planet deus ex forums too. But the problem is fixed now when I switched v-sync to on or off.. don't remember how. :)
