I love it when a woman uses technical terms ;)

I see that, while Microsoft Internet Explorer still has 55% of the browser share, 45% of visitors have seen the light. :cheeky:
Yay, I'm one of 8.5%!
It would be interesting (though probably somewhat scary) if you could see your own statistics. For example: "You have used 1.34GB of TTLG's bandwidth this month! Stop Pressing Refresh!"
Gingerbread Man on 15/5/2006 at 21:40
May's stats are going to be through the ROOF. That hiccup we just had was the result of the Bioshock site suddenly hitting 190,000 hits for the month so far.
Penny Arcade. :D

Over 45,000 of which were today, so I am busily shifting the site somewhere with a little more oomph in the pipes.
Kyloe on 16/5/2006 at 07:38
According to past stats, today or tomorrow should become the busiest day of May.
Gingerbread Man on 16/5/2006 at 13:15
That 45,000 went to 80,000 overnight. Dave's had to back the site up on his own space just in case we crash again. :D

Wow ... that's impressive (the hitcount, not the zinger, which is anything but).
That kind of publicity, though, the FAQ of the site should be updated. I wonder how many people will think it's a semi-official site and read:
Quote:
The game takes place in a genetic laboratory strewn in corpses. Abandoned since the Second World War the lab has recently come back into use by scientists in the early 21st century.

We are busy redeveloping the site following E3, as we now have a lot more information about it, and yes, the FAQ will be updated.
