Totally. I was on pins and needles in the car. I listen to US talk radio while driving which is traditionally right-wing, though I listen just for laughs, not agreement. Nobody challenged it, and I was shocked. I just KNEW Rush and co. would jump all over that.

So when Obama stuttered and stopped, it wasn't because he got flustered, it was because Roberts had botched it. If you watch, Obama actually re-words it correctly.

In a funny twist, Obama opposed Richards appointment. While swearing in the senior staff today, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7fsf8b1PcM) Biden made a joke about it which Obama didn't seem to find very funny.
