Are you speaking of waterfalls in Thief? Or some other game? If it's for Thief, then go on over to the Editors Guild. In fact, go there no matter what game you're trying to make the waterfall for.

In thief. I cant find anything in the editors guild, that's the problem. See, I can make flow brushes just fine and all, but as a waterfall it looks all freaky, with hardware on it seems as if you are looking into some strange dimensional portal, with hardware off there is the same problem, it does just not look as cool, but when hardware is off then if you stood on one side of the waterfall it would look as if there was a wall of water in the entire room on the other side! What is the solution?

You might try a search there. I'm pretty sure that I've seen this topic come up there in the past, but it was quite awhile back. You might both post, and try a search specifically in that forum. I'm sure you'll get an answer.
