Well, I'm using the fan mission loader "Thief 2 Final 1.23 --[FMSel 1.1.2]" and, by the hammers, I can't see a glyph anywhere in that small Keeper room (with the book on the table, the knocked over chair and the traces of blood).
That glyph is invisible, unfrobbable and maybe, due to a bug of some kind, not present at all!
Can anyone tell me what to do here?

Are you using the updated version of this mission? Also, I think you're in the wrong room, there isn't any blood or knocked-over chair in the Keeper room. Sounds like you're in one of the small rooms with a grate between them, dividing the two parts of the sluice control (Sector 13). The Keeper room itself requires frobbing a glyph to enter, and it's darker and has a bookshelf and a Keeper journal on the table you can read.

Hi, I'm playing the coloured version. I have become a bit disoriented already. I found the concealment glyph, and the Keeper Statue disappeared, so I followed the ceiling tunnel until I got to the grate on the ceiling. Now, continuing on in play, I found a Keeper glyph that opened what I believe was that grate. The only trouble is I'm having a hard time finding the room with the original entrance where the concealment glyph was in the first place.
Any suggestions?

The room with the concealment glyph was back near the entrance of Sector 13. From where you opened the ceiling grate, you should be able to go straight west, open the big metal gate, and avoid the spectral haunt to return there.

weird they have a water contest but not the other 3 elements in game,air,fire and earth seems like it might be something to think about

Wow, I just went back several times not seeing it, but then realized the glyphs weren't opened yet. That was not saved during my play somehow, and I was looking for a doorway that I thought was already opened, but wasn't.

I made it into the crypt and turned the water wheel, then used a concentrated holy water on it, but I can't use or drop the Necronymus in it.

If the water started glowing, then you should be able to drop the tablet into it and complete the main objective. If you drop it and nothing happens, please email me a save game and I will look into it. Also, are you playing the original or the updated release?

Yes, the water has gone champagne bubbly glowing style. I'm pretty sure you set it up so that the book wasn't frobbable until you "holy'd" the basin, but it is in the bottom front of the HUD like a junk item and I can't use, throw or drop it.
