I don't think the release is going to be delayed. Warner's will suck it up and cut a check and/or give Fox the DVD rights to the 60's Batman sometime next month.

Probably the most highly appreciated graphic novel (read comic) of all time. Something that redefined the genre and was listed as one of the top 100 novels by Times for example, that's novels, not graphics novels. You should check it out.
