Not so much Christianity, but the power/money-hungry behind the scenes. The power/money-hungry that care not for their fellow human beings, and in fact, feel far superior, and have every reason to believe they are, because the only proof they aren't comes from people talking about loving one another. Any large group of people in need of hope and perceived external strength become the sheep/slaves of those insatiably amoral users of others to attain more and more power/wealth. Organized religions--as a separate concept than the practices of people who are trying to follow what they believe are wholesome ideas for a meaningful life as presented by a Christ--attract those who are addicted to the use and abuse of "sheeple" to increase their power/wealth.
That's one thing I'd like to say about Part One.
I'm still digesting all of it. It confirms a lot that my faith has taught me. Especially the beliefs I've come to have since leaving the organized part of my religion.
By the way--and this is not an argument--I had thought the fish symbol for Christianity came from the Greek IXΘYΣ. Any Greek natives, speakers,or scholars know if this is indeed, "ichthus," a word for fish? And no, this wouldn't be the first time someone or some group "stole" a symbol from someone or some other group (Pagans) for personal use. With all the glyphs in the Thief games, for instance, what are the chances that there are symbols in there with other meanings in another context. I looked at a dictionary of symbols, some time back, and found multiple instances of different meanings and histories behind familiar symbols. Why does any one group have all rights to any symbol? People like geometric shapes. Interesting stuff.

Christianity is/was a construct ceated by Rome as a tool for pacification of the masses.All of the pertinent dates connected to Christianity ie:Christmas,Easter etc predate said religion by 3000 years,originating with sun worship and astrology.These are irrefutable facts.
The connection to 9/11? I dunno.I imagine it as a testament to the inherent gullibility of humans as a species.

I am highlighting to the extreme here and recommend that you watch the whole film.It is easy to refute such unbelievable theories around the coffee table if you choose to skim the issues.The fact is,the film (Zeitgeist) is not full of conjecture and halfbaked ideas.It is populated by pure factual information.Information that leaves one with little choice but to accept what is, and has been happening for decades.
Sometimes things are so monsterous, that the mind naturally shies away.

Just an fyi... Horus, Egyptian god of the sky, was not born from a virgin. According to Egyptian mythology, his father was Osiris and his mother was Isis in the good old fashioned penis enters vagina method.
Not that that really matters anyway. Just an fyi at how much documentaries can twist truth. But I'm sure you all know that. :p
