Well, sort of. In the first map on Liberty Island, you can get Gunther to try to slice up Paul with a knife, while Paul hacks away at gunther with a sword.

When you go to rescue gunther, get him to chase you to talk to you (npcs who want to talk to you will chase you around until they get what they want) So don't talk to him, make him follow you all the way to the docks. Once you get to the docks, preferably pretty far out, let gunther taLk to you. Give him some firepower, the more the merrier. Then go piss off paul. Shoot him or wack him or something. he'll start shooting at you, then run behind gunther for cover. Gunther will probably get shot a few times, and then he will start taking shots at paul.

Paul might take out a plasma rifle and fry gunther a bit, but eventually they'll both run outta ammo. Gunther will whip out a knife and Paul will whip out a sword. Then you get to see them fence!
