I hope these threads aren't frowned upon, but this one scene has been playing over and over in my head, mocking me because it's the only scene from the movie I can seem to remember.
Basically, there's some kind of outbreak or flu or virus or something, and everyone is frightful of it. A group of people are standing at a street corner, a sick man coughs into a tissue and drops it into a puddle of water. A bus drives by, and splashes the water all over everyone, they freak out, etc.
The little details are interchangeable, of course. Maybe it wasn't a bus. Maybe it wasn't a tissue.
But what movie is this?

Yeah, the movie was pretty EH? and I'm not quite sure why that particular scene decided to manifest itself inside of my brain to terrorize me, but I'm glad I figured it out. Thanks.
Edit: To clarify, I don't know if I would say the movie was bad, but the sound you make when it ends looking back on it will certainly be akin to EH?

Well, much of the film is satirical (and in this case about the irrational hysteria that spreads), so I wouldn't dismiss the scene or the film from that short description.

I saw that on G4 with my girlfriend one night. It is Korean and subtitled. Very interesting. I would watch it again. The monster is fucking cool. I liked it better than Cloverfield, actually.
