Hi all,
Most of you will be aware of the wall pressing bug in the game, where even if you alert a guard so they're chasing you, then find a dark wall and wallpress there, they can run right into you and not find you.
Just experimenting with a really simple map with a few guards thrown in, (with no special properties) and it seems that once I alert them so they're chasing me, then run and wall press in a totally dark place, they're able to "see" me and attack then kill me perfectly alright, whereas in the normal missions they'd run right up to me, bump into me then look around as if I wasn't there.
Anyone else notice this ? Maybe the wallpress bug is related to a certain property applied to guards ?
Also it looks like the AI accutity multiplier for sight, sense etc is adjustable per guard, so I expect to see plenty of FM's with guards that are a lot more difficult than those in the game. (which are too easy) :thumb:

I never had that problem in the OM's myself they would always find me if i obviously used wall press, i couldn't just run into shadows and wall press to escape. But this is good to know regardless. :)
