Thank you for all the suggestions. I'll make sure Al_B sees it but it will be a while I expect before he has a chance to look over the posts. I'm sorry this is taking a long time to resolve.
I think I was talking about vBulletin gubbins but I don't actually understand most of what is being posted so maybe not. Also, yes, mods can edit but I'm the only one still around mostly daily and I no longer have any real time available.
I'll report any progress as and when.

I believe one can create a Word document containing a table and then generate a web page (nothing to do with AI) and that HTML output could then be posted to a TTLG thread. So in reverse, if the Fortuni posts (the ones with tables) can be extracted and placed into Word documents, they can then be updated and posted back into the new Communal thread. Looks like there are products to help do that reverse step.
Disclaimer: I haven’t used Microsoft (apart from operating system) for over a decade nor coded in HTML for over 2 decades (back in the days when we used hammer and chisel).

Thank you aged raver for trying to help out with a solution :) If there is a simple solution of just "copying" the two threads from fortuni, that would be a very very very big help.
If that is done, the two threads only need to be updated whenever new FMs are coming out. I have done that in the past and I´m willing to continue this in the future. It means I need to play every FM that comes out and add it in the Mission by Type Thread into the categories I assume are fitting. It also means I need to add walkthroughs/let´splays/lootlists in the Walkthrough thread.
To me it´d be a big help if someone would support me here in case I miss an FM. I´m not always here but I try not to miss anything. Or if for example a lootlist is created by a user, it´d be a big help to send me this one per message or add it in the FM thread, so I can add it in the walkthrough thread.
But I will make a separate post with these things when we are ready with the threads to be updated :)

Good to hear from you Samantha1. I think I've exhausted my ideas about this but I'll be interested to read how it gets achieved, hopefully documented, as it might help form a handy basis for replicating other valuable stuff in future that is currently controlled by one account. A safeguard for when the account becomes dormant, as in this case.
This is not the right thread, I know, and will attract wrapped knuckles, but Happy Birthday for tomorrow. Wish I was so young. :joke:
