Why does the Dragon's Tooth take up four inventory slots?
D'Juhn Keep on 15/8/2002 at 08:21
I hope this isn't keeping you up at nig- oh, damn.
Anyway, it SHOULD only take up one, but that would make it ridiculously good, hence the 4. (I'm giving Ion Storm the benefit of the doubt here and not thinking they just got it wrong ;))

i never understood that either. but .. we have to put up with what we've got.
i don#t think that the sword is such a good weapon, btw. i tried to fight karkians under water, and i didn't succeed.

Why does a pistol take up as many slots as a laser rapier?
Oops. Wrong forum.:o :p

Are you talking about how the Dragontooth seems to disappear into the blade? I think that was a mistake in the game.

I know why! Just thought of it. The blade doesn't actually shrink when it retracts into the handle. Which means the blade is sticking out of the _other_ end, then.
You'll notice JC flips the normal sword to a reverse grip before sheathing it; well, he must be doing the same thing with the Dragon's tooth (except in a lazier fashion).
