Recommending White Russian here too. Kahlua cocktails are easy to make (proportions are less important than in a lot of other cocktails) and damn tasty.
When I need something less strong and more refreshing I usually like a Snake Bite Black (half Guinness, half Cider, Cassis [Currant] syrup, homogenized) or a Black Velvet (Half white, preferrably sparkling, wine on top of half Guinness or other stout, layered). Anything with stout, actually.

Lime wedges, a bit of fresh ginger, a touch of fresh chili, and sugar, all crushed in a glass, Fill the glass with crushed ice and add Finlandia Vodka as much as the glass holds. A sort of a caipiroska with a bit more kick.

more vodka.
As a proud member of my nation I only drink pure vodka, without any extras. When I was younger I drank vodka with 7UP or Pepsi but now it's only vodka.
