i dont know how to get in. i used my 100 open spell but it wont work. iv open level 90 at the altaration level of 43 but know im at level 54 and i still cant open it. and i sat there trying to open it for all day .

It's part of the main quest. You will eventually get the key to the door anyway, so don't bother opening it now (There isn't much in there anyway).

lock picks do the trick for thosse thieves in us. but you'll see how well of an interior designer Vivec is and what, er, interesting furnishings he has.
