Has anybody played Terra Nova with a VR headset?
Impressions?
Which VR? Any issues with it?
And, does anybody know if any current VR gear supports TN?

I'd completely forgotten about that feature. I hope someone out there got to use it (although the devs were probably happy enough just to be able to play with it themselves (I hope it didn't add *too* much to the development time, though :/ !)

I have I Glasses, and in the Terra Nova readme it does say that Terra Nova supports them, but i havent been able to try it out because it doesnt work on my computer.

The virtual glasses dont work as promised in the readme, well atleast the game works perfectly.

Did you have any success with them at all, or was it a complete no-go?
Could you give us some details of your set-up, which OS you're using, details of the glasses, and what you did to try to get them going?
The relevant points from the readme seem to be:
Quote:
* You must have the headset turned on before you start up Terra Nova.
* Start Terra Nova on the command line with "tn +vr" or "tn +iglass"
* The [F] key and keypad center key recenter your pitch and heading to zero.
* The more advanced (but harder) way to play is by also specifying "+neck" on the command line.
I assume you did indeed do all of that.
Do the i-glasses work fine otherwise, with other applications?
Have you tried it (or had the opportunity to try) from plain DOS, rather than a Windows system?
Now, if only my TrackIR could emulate one of the supported headsets... (and actually work, of course :)
