I researched a bit into using penis pumps and read shocking stories of it going wrong. People complained of their penis getting heavily bruised and looking blue or black and it being very painful!
Penis enlargement drugs were an option. A month's supply would cost about $50 and reviews stated that constant use was necessary for permanent gains. How ridiculous! Let alone the unknown side effects!

Dude, I don't know you at all, so I don't know how important sex is to you. All I want to say is that I had no idea how good and how important sex could be until I started exploring it with somebody I was compatible with and loved.
I'd had sex before, and thought it was good, but in hindsight it really wasn't that great. At best I'd say I'd had a good fuck. One girlfriend I just wasn't that compatible with. For example, we didn't usually get horny at the same times, didn't have the same turn-ons, and weren't satisfied by the same things. And that was disappointing because she was the most attractive girl I've ever dated. In another case, we weren't really in love, and she never really let down her guard and opened up to me sexually (and probably vice-versa too).
But then I fell in love with a girl that I wasn't even all that physically attracted to, but we were sexually compatible, and the combination of love & compatibility really made our sex life take off. We were in love with each other, and enjoyed turning each other on and getting each other off, and trusted each other, and were open to sharing our fantasies/fetishes without fear of judgment. And the sex just got better and better.
So, I think there are multiple keys to good sex, among them attraction, love, openness/trust, and compatibility. If you've only got one or two of those things going for you, the sex is probably going to be mediocre. Two or three and it could be good. All four, great.
Until you have kids anyway... (not that I would know, but so I have heard)

reading the last few pages makes me wonder.
Wasn't it Christians that we all hate for aggressively pushing their views on everyone else, and reacting with abhorrence at anything different?
