As far as I can tell all you can do is what you think is right at the time (or wrong, as the case may be), keep an open mind (until you learn better), and try not to kill yourself if it doesnt pan out.
Personally, I'm confused as hell about the whole thing and generally think porn is a whole lot less stressful. I'm beginning to think Mr. Bukowski was right: Love is a dog from hell.
