H'mm? Oh yes, SE, I'm fully aware of my virginal status. I was just implying that I had the option of ending said virginal status had I chosen to. I decided not to go down that road though because I'm not THAT desperate.

I was talking to this girl I almost had sex with. She said she couldn't because I was 'still a baby' (i'm 23 she's 28) and that she didn't want to take advantage of my drunk ass, but still thought I was a really really great guy etc etc.
I mentioned to her I wasn't a virgin (complete lie) incase she thought I was. She gave me this worried look and said, "you better not be! Cute 23yr old like you..."
Those words have stuck in my head ever since. You better not be. You better not be.
I don't think there's anything wrong with being a virgin but she clearly thought there was...

First off, I think in most cases, if a girl is turned off by a guy being a virgin, than that means she must a be a seasoned well worn pro not worth the stds.
For me, unquestionably, and for a period of two years at least, I would have traded anything rather than a seemingly, ongoing torment of wanting to be free of my virginity.
Anway, we didn't leap into this. It was developing well over a course of a few months. We were always friends in the first place. We were both virgins and fumbling about it as well. So no regrets either way, we just didn't have anything to compare it to. But I don't believe I could say it was over-rated. But on the other hand, she might have had higher expectations...she was very tactful about it...:erg:
I would expect the adults would not be too pleased about this at all.

I don't get what you're saying Star. I was just commenting on Koki's seeming obliviousness to the fact that the drive for sex and any "effort" it takes is completely incompatible with the usual "it takes more effort to do rather than not to do"-isms.
