Virgin, next time you meet a girl you find attractive try not to act like you want to be a friend. That's what a lot of good guys do who never get any.
By looks and talk make your interest in her clear. Be brave, she might look back at you, assess you. If you're halfway comfortable with who you are that shouldn't pose a problem. Go out, be social, meet women. Try to form a relationship and have sex.
I suggest the relationship because when you fizzle the first few times (yes, you will) the person you are with will hopefully like you enough to be constructive, and help you practice. As opposed to say laughing or making snide comments.
And maybe I'm being a big girly girl here, but I don't think your first time should be with a drunken skank or prostitute. That's not a good memory to have.
