"Looking for an old game from memory."
I am looking for a game released in the 90s. It was a point-and-click adventure game. I believe the graphical style was similar to Bioforge.
The "protagonist" was a sinister looking muscular blue man wearing little more than a leather harness. I believe that it came together to a golden metal ring at his chest. From what little I remember about the gameplay, I recall being able to take "soft" "normal" and "evil" conversation approaches which varied what the blue man said. His appearance changed on the conversation screen depending on the stance the player took. I recall one of the settings being a desert, where there was a cave with a sentient wing creature.
I am sorry if this isn't much to go on. Please understand that this is from memories of when I was about nine years. Thank you.

I was going to try and help, but I'm worried what I'll find if I google "sinister looking muscular blue man wearing little more than a leather harness." :(

The protagonist description immediately made me think of Rogue Trooper, but that's hardly a point and click adventure game.

That isn't it, but thank you for reminding me of that.

It looked as ridiculous as you can imagine.
Ugh, I had and ancient demo-disk somewhere that had a picture of the game's character (but didn't have the game, oddly enough), but I don't have it around right now... I'll dig it up and post it if no one knows...

I kid you not, you might also try reverse image searching the demo disk picture. Hopefully you don't get too many, uhhh, off-topic hits.
Wikipedia also has a list of graphic adventure games released in the nineties, but it doesn't look exhaustive.

I don't recall ever seeing anything like that, and a search results in an endless stream of Megaman/Sonic/Spiderman images, but you could also try the '(

Is that meant to sound as dirty as it does?

Almost certainly.

This description is a little bit like a fever-dream version of Little Big Adventure 1 & 2.
Just in case that's actually what you're trying to remember?!

It certainly sounds like the hazy recollection of childhood memory twisted by the carnival mirror of time.
I remember thinking Nightmare on Elm Street (watched: around age 9) had a sequence with a girl draped in a towel walking down a street after being swallowed down her shower drain. Back in reality, I checked it out many years later and was bemused to find that my most striking misrecollection was the fact that it happened in a bathtub, not a shower drain.
