Here is a list of very useful items found throughout Vvardenfell. I haven't completed the main quest yet but I have done quite a bit of exploring so here are some of the items I have found:
There is a really cool ring in a cavern called Nammu. The cavern is located on the mainland along azura's coast, right before you reach the grazelands heading north. there are stepping stones leading to the cavern. The ring is on an NPC inside of the cavern and it BOOSTS AGILITY BY 30 AS A CONSTANT EFFECT.
If you go to azura's shrine and speak to the statue inside (it is a statue of Azura) you will be given a quest. complete the quest and return to the shrine and speak with the statue again to recieve AZURA'S STAR (IT IS A SOUL GEM THAT IS RE-USEABLE.)

*nod* The Ring of Wind, innit? Very useful little trinket you get led to by one of the Oracle's quests.

yea thats the one. Iv'e only had the game for about 2 weeks but i have rented it probably around 35 times. Who is the Oracle?

She is in the Imperial Cult in Ebonheart. Once you completed some of the Imperial cult quests, you'll be directed to her for more quests.
