This is probably one of the biggest exploits of the game, at least for stats. If you know of the blinding boots of speed, outside of caldera, and u like them, but always go blind, there is a great way aruond that. Make a spell or enchantment of 100% magicka resist for 2 secs. cast it, and immediately bring up ur menus, and put on the boots. outside of the menus, u will resist blindness, and be able to haev 300 speed forever! very nice, because with 100 magnitude levitate (im a mage) i can fly so fast its unbelievable.

It's a quest I vaguely remember.. you help this dude out and he gives you these boots of "blinding speed", only they blind you (har har).

Somewhere west of Caldera there's a Lady who wants to be escorted to Gnaar Mok. Do so, and she'll give you the boots.

i might be too lazy to actually look for her but at least im not doing stupid shit like player->wingame=1 or something. i'm at least playing the game without cheating =/

even easier than doing the quest (if ur a dirty, unscrupulous, murdering fiend life myself) just kill her immediately, WAY easier, way faster, and shes ez.
