I am very new to unreal editing, and having checked out a few tutorials on the web they all mention being able to move brush vertices around to create slanted surfaces and the like. It this not possible in T3ED? Sometimes I seem to be able to select vertices in vertex edit mode, but I can never move them. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

While in vertex editing mode and with a brush selected, hold CTRL+ALT and drag your mouse. This will create a selection box that will select any vertices within it. After the ones you want to move are highlighted white, hold down CTRL and move your mouse around to drag them.

Yes, but this is very buggy, so save the map before you try to do this.

Thanks for the feedback, the CTRL-ALT selection seemed to do it. Didn't even crash.

It used to be a lot buggier than it was. Hasn't really been that buggy since the first UEd3.
<s>You should switch to the vertex editing tool for it. At least then you can grab multiple vertices at the same time.</s> fs I should read, shouldn't I?
And remember that right-clicking a vertex while it's highlighted / selected will snap it to grid. That's really important.
