I'm back in VersaLife and Tong needs some date from a 2nd level lab. Does he mean the lab which is guarded by the special guard force or the one which is open to visitors?
And in the specially guarded lab, how do I unlock the cases with the Augmentation units?

Not sure what you mean by the first question, but I think the data you want is on a computer directly underneath the big arm. Use a multitool on the number pad on the side of the arm thingy to open the door, and that should lead down some steps and ramps straight to what you need (up a small lift, guarded by a WiB).
Regarding the Aug Canisters, you can access them by hacking the adjacent computer console. This gives the option to "Open Aug Canister Containers", which should get you what you need. :)

Ah VersaDeath! So many ways to mess with the lab security, so little time! Anyway if you're talking about the nanotech sword ROM then it's in the location Stainboy mentioned. Tong will tell you when you near the right computer. You can also open the floor ramp under the MJ12 hand statue by using any of the security terminals. Just be aware that once you upload the blade ROM the alarm will go off and all the guards and security forces will turn hostile so it's a good idea to deal with them beforehand.

Sorry but I was talking about the mission where you had to destroy the virus manufacturing machine. I already found it anyway... :p
