Ok, I am at the point where I have to get him to give me his vote but he wont.. and he wont ask me to fight him either... what am I doing wrong? I've gotten everybody else's vote. Help? He says that he would rather appoint a monkey than give his vote to an outlander. I've gone through all the things on the list and still no change. Any spoilers/suggestions here? Thanks for the help in advance :)
