Thanks, I've tried and changed the text like you suggested, but the text just changes back to what it was when clicking away again.
I keep seeing a small rotating icon below the thread title, indicating that it's loading, but nothing ever happens.
Something should be wrong.
Also, clicking on an other person's thread, it seems I can also change those at random. Is that normal?

Some of the forums seem to let you change other people's thread titles, but any changes you make won't stick. You should be able to change threads you started like this, though; I tried changing one of mine right before posting and it worked, so I'm not sure why it's not working for you. Hopefully, David will come along with some thoughts.

I wait for the return of the dark theme(s) as well. My workaround for "bright" websites like TTLG is to use the NoSquint add-on for Firefox to change colors of text and background, but the result looks ugly as hell so when a website has a specific dark theme it both looks much better and is more comfortable to work with.

I suppose the TTLG theme has pretty much been finalised for the moment.
To avoid the mess of missing icons that my dark theme suffered from before, I'll have to ask Daveh to send me a copy of the current theme and all its icons this time.
Plus, I don't have time to work on this right now; maybe next week.

I was just about to ask if it had finalized, because I'm still spotting weird font issues (like the post composition font being different from the post display font).
And the new thread status icons aren't growing on me.

Yes, those status icons are still the default vBulletin ones, just shrunk down to size.
If I redo the dark theme right now, I'll probably bring back a lot of the old icons from the previous theme.
