The only thing I miss now is when searching all posts by me or someone else we no longer get the first sentence of the post.
Ditto. "Display results as posts" is entirely useless when it doesn't actually show any of the post.

Can you just give you cache a quick clear and try again as one of the javascript files was every-so-slightly modified and you may have an old version cached.
@David: if this was for me, I retried using attachments ...
... AND IT WORKED!! Thank you.

This is how it looks to me now:
I did not have them visible like in your picture. Also, the "Report post" icon was missing too. But I noticed my FF wasn't up to date and after I upgraded to FF 3.6 icons are on their places. Sorry for reporting this before I revised my software, David.

Now, will we get back the ability to add attachments to PMs the way we had before? I can add stuff from the web, but not upload or use an already uploaded file from the PM edit window.

I uploaded my profile pic successfully for the first time in a while today.
Here goes with an attachment...

Please forgive me if this has already been brought up earlier, but I've noticed the forum no longer shows how many times each thread has been viewed?

I think what happened was the majority of posters felt that it was superfluous and confusing information, so it was removed.

Pity. I liked it.

Although not convenient you can view them through the search function:
* Go to Advanced search and select the "Search Single Content Type" tab at the top
* Choose to search posts at the top and choose a forum in the "Additional Options"
* Select a appropriate time (e.g. "A Week Ago" "and Newer") and press"Search Now"
Although not exactly elegant at least you can check the view count if you're interested.

Either I don't understand your instructions or you did not understand what was previously reported, but your instructions will not identify the number of views of a thread, not posts to the thread, but views of the thread.
