I should clarify that the thread page is good but it was the post look of the main page view that made me think of '97 era VB.

The thing that stood out for me is that the font just doesn't look quite right.

edit: Also, yay, shiny new software upgrade! This'll take a bit o' getting used to but it looks somewhat nice. The huge ass thread icons would look more at home on the top of a rubbish tip, though. Just mah 'pinion.
