Awesome work, Dave. Lookin' really nice now with all the feedback you've incorporated. Much appreciated. :thumb:

The poem format
offends mine eyes
is not so noticeable
if I maximize.
Dunno if already reported but just noticed that the post number in top right corner is in white so only shows on the blue posts.

Have we determined what drives the huge white space between the forum heading and the post thread button? That's probably the biggest eyesore.
edit: haha what the fuck is with the text wrapping
double edit: weird, my first posting was all text wrapped, I edited and it seemed to fix itself?

I noticed this just now:
Inline Image:
http://i49.tinypic.com/2isfgq1.jpg This is at the top right, under the page number links.
It seems to only occur on megathreads like the What Are You Playing one (which is where the picture is from) with dozens and dozens of pages.

Looking good so far, except for thread-view. The alternating between blue and white and the big spaces between threadtitles makes it hard to give the page a quick glance-over. It was better yesterday.

Yeah, I need to sort the paging out as it takes up an unnecessary amount of space.
Further changes will appear more slowly as I've spent 18 hours over two days on the upgrade so far, and I need some rest :bored:

When I've posted a reply I've found that the right margin can be correct by click on 'Edit' and then saving, even without making any changes.
It only works with Quick Edit, not Go Advanced.

Thanks David for the forum update!
Quite a significant change, it'll take some time to get used to.
Maybe this is already reported:
- the link icons for each post, in the upper left corner, don't work.
- some long lines of a topic on a random forum run through the name of the thread starter.
Edit:
- regarding replying to PMs. There's 'quick reply' and 'replay with quote' but the old standard reply button is missing.
The main page looks great but the individual forums are unclear and confusing, as others already stated. Hope this gets fixed later on.

Also, not a fan of the way the main thread view presents current posts and views in the same column. It looks sloppy. I don't see why total views needs to be there at all..
Agreed. I don't like the "5 / 1,519" format, it's messy and a little confusing.

Is it possible to tuck the thread starter's name under the thread title, the way QT3 does it?
Wasn't it like that originally, but Dave changed it? I think one of the main issues with the new look is currently the ridiculous amount of vertical space that each thread takes up on the thread lists.
