I was running an quest errand, waterwalking along the east coastline when I found this underwater gratto. It was called Vassamsi Gratto. There wasn't anything inside. Just an empty cave.
But when I ran a search on the name nothing came up.
Can anyone tell me if I missed something interesting there?

Grottoes are nice in that they have oysters... and oysters have pearls ;)

There are lots of underwater grottos around the island (quite a few near Seyda Neen) and the ones i've been in don't have anything in other than some nice pearls (and some slaughter fish). To be honest i doubt you've missed anything but i can't blame you for checking. :erg:

There's at least one with a diamond chunk in it (ie: a chunk of whitish rock you can get diamonds from, like ebony mines have chunks of ebony), and there's of course that one grotto S of Ebonheart that has a Dwemer ruin in it. Overall, I'd say they're generally worth at least a cursory exploration.

I do remember diving for a lot of pearls in there ( and almost finding the limits of my breath holding abilities).
