Various small questions... - by Red

I thought I’d just ask a few questions that have been nagging on my mind over the last few days.
1. What is the best material for armour/weapons?
As far as I’ve heard the best materials are glass / ebony / and deadric but in what order? I presume deadric is best and glass (out of the three) is worst am i right? In relation to armour is glass light, ebony medium, and deadric heavy? One thing that has annoyed me recently is trying to enchant my glass dagger - it only allows one point on enchantment! My ebony deadric axe however (which i don't use) allows something like 15...
2. In relation to the Morag Tong can someone confirm the following -
There are 27 sanguine items of which 15 can be obtained doing 'special duties' and the other 12 must be found on your own (i have all the names and locations). Once you return all the items to Eno (grand master) you receive the spell 'Mephala's Gift' which casts 50% chameleon, fortify short blade and attack (I think 10 pts each), costs 30 magicka, and never fails. If you become grandmaster before turning in all the items, you have blown the quest.
When you become the grand master you are rewarded with the Black Hands Dagger, which is a daedric dagger that blinds enemies and absorbs 10-25 HP for 30 seconds. I'm unsure whether you must kill Eno to take this dagger from him OR you are presented with it once you become the grand master (whether you killed him or not) - clarification of this point would be appreciated.
Finally...
3. I've heard rumours on other sites that you can attack the god vivec in his temple - is this right (I doubt it…)? If so has anyone ever killed him? Has anyone ever managed to trap his soul?
Thanks

1) For armor, it depends on what armor skill is your highest; as to what the best is for your best armor skill, search around here, someone listed it all out. I do hear that the best Light armor (glass armor) is better than the best Medium armor, though the best Heavy armor beats all of course.
2) No idea, sorry.
3) Yup, quite possible; apparently you have to use Azura's Star to capture his soul (how to get it is a bit long; search on here as to how to get it)
