Ok...
Since folks here seem to know what they are doing when it comes to this game....(as I have tried a few forums..), I am going to post this here.
I need major help with a face/character issue.
Here's what happened:
I have the expansion and all the official patches..(and non official ones). On character creation, I also have installed the 'Unlocker'.....so it allows me to play any race. So,...I picked a Redguard....and she ended up looking like a very pale faintly chubby hot white chick with piercing blue eyes. I played the game and eventually got offered vampirism by one of the Black Hand members... (right before I killed him to complete the Listener series quests..) So, I contracted the..err...blood condition. I noticed that I turned not only into a red eyes vampire, but a black man to boot. I am not racist, but it was a wild contrast and it was a far cry from how my character is supposed to look....especially being female. I grew bored with it eventually because it looked off...and ran to the expansion official mod I have....the little black hand sanctuary way to the south...(the open with the shrine to Sithous and all??) I fixed my vampirism....and them BLAMO.....now am a pale skin albino black dude. This might be rather intriguing, but I also use the 'Eye candy nude mod'.....so a black man with breasts and bush is somewhat horrific.
Is there any kind of mod or program I can use to re-alter her face and fix her without going back through 7 days of gaming??? God I hope so....
lol....
and by the time I found out this was going on, I had no saves that still had the way I had the toon.

If you have a vampirism it is a part of a quest, so you have to finish it due to solve your appearance problems (not only that - vampirism affects many attributes, and actually adds abilities, too).

As I see you don't have an older save, this advice from the UESP may be helpful?

All that is needed to fix this is to load a previous save and then reload the current saved game. Or, if you are on the PC, you can use the Console command 'sexchange' twice. You can also allow yourself to change from 25% vampire to 75 and your face will change to an older female version once more, when you drink blood again it will remain female.
Edit: I also found (
